Job Description : Social Media CoordinatorManager Position: Digital Marketing ManagerThe Social Media Coordinator will work with the Digital Marketing Manager in the creation and execution of social media content for both individual agents and the PorchLight parent brand. You will primarily be responsible for day-to-day social management with a strong emphasis on content sourcing and scheduling, as well as graphic creation.About you: You’re passionate about social media and have experience with content creation and platform management. You love to learn and stay up-to-date with current social trends whether that’s new data on hashtag effectiveness or the current audio taking TikTok by storm. You own your mistakes and make corrections so they don’t happen again. You love working with a team to create a 5-star experience for clients and you’re always willing to jump in to help on a project. Social Media Coordinator Responsibilities: Works with the Digital Marketing Manager to create content that is visually engaging and authentic to the PorchLight voice and brandUtilize SproutSocial to schedule content for social accounts in bulkEngage with our online community and respond to social media messages, inquiries and comments Perform routine platform optimizationPut together a weekly social media calendar using both PorchLight content and outside articles relevant to clientsStay up-to-date on the local real estate markets to ensure all content is both timely and relevantSupport the marketing team with additional tasks such as (but not limited to) email newsletters, individual agent projects, team initiatives and ongoing growth strategies Maintain social media channels for individual and corporate profiles, with content creation as needed while balancing the formal and informal brand voiceStandards: Company-WideAll work will be performed according to PorchLight’s policies and standards, as well as in the spirit of excellent customer serviceAll routine work will be documented in an operations manual. The information included in the operations manual is proprietaryAll innovation will be quantified, tested, and improved, then documented for routine implementation (i.e. well-orchestrated once proven)If a mistake is made, it will be acknowledged and corrected quicklyAll systems and processes are evolving and everyone has a responsibility to provide feedback to make them betterAll proprietary company information will be held as strictly confidential outside PorchLightImmediate manager will be notified of any issues that cannot be resolved, or deadlines that cannot be met within a reasonable time frame, and before the deadline arrivesEmployees will provide staff assistance as requested: each employee may be asked from time to time to cover other areas of accountability and/or departments*Desired Skills and Qualifications:1-2 years of hands-on social media experience across multiple social media platformsBachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in marketing or related fieldExperience developing content for social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedinExperience with a social media management tool such as SproutSocial, Later, Buffer or Facebook Business SuiteExperience with design tools such as Canva and the Adobe Creative SuiteSolid organizational skills including attention to detail, and both multi-tasking and creative problem-solving skillsEffective team player who can work independently in a dynamic and ever-changing environmentFamiliarity writing for social media channels, both for individual and corporate clientsCan create posts to serve multiple audiences, from conversational and informal, to corporate and highly refinedEnthusiastic, creative, and highly motivatedExperienced in client/customer service and user-experience-driven processesSome knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metricsPossess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to corporate missionSalary and Benefits:Full-time positionHealth, dental, and vision insuranceThree weeks vacation accrued annually401k eligibility after 12 months with company, match up to 4%*Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
