Position : Social Media Manager for Gaming PC Company
Job Description : Ironside inc. is a manufacturer of custom high performance desktops and laptops. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to help engage our community across social media platforms. You will be engaging our audience via Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Tik Tok, and help with organizing and planning our Twitch Stream. Currently our follower counts sits at Twitter 381K, Facebook: 191K, Instagram: 76K, and Twitch: 295K. The Social Media Manager will come up with interesting and engaging content for our audience as well as respond to messages to help us keep an online presence. Our target audience is gamers, nerds, and anyone who loves tech. You’ll need to be already well enveloped in gamer culture and know how to meme, troll, and be witty. This role understands our target customers, and will work directly with our channel managers to identify and implement methods to promote our products and services.Responsibilities will include: Create posts to market new products and eventsOrganizing giveaways and events we present to the communityCollaborating with other big names Influencers to capture and engage new audiencesEngaging audience with witty replies, come backs, and memes.Coming up with content for Tik Tok and potentially filming non-promotional material.Assisting in developing marketing campaign budgets and tracking and reporting expenses.Measuring, analyzing and reporting performance of social media campaigns.This is an awesome opportunity for someone who: Has strong editing and proofreading skillsWorks independently to achieve goals and meet project deliverablesIs witty, has a good sense of humor, and knows what a good meme looks likeExperienced with all social media platformsWell versed in the gaming communityWorks with others to achieve shared goalsRequirements include: 2 years social media management experience (preferred).Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
