Job Description : We are a fast growing Catering Company looking for a successful and enthusiastic event planner to produce events from conception through to completion. Event coordinator responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable events that meet quality expectations.Catering Experience is Required, Catering Sales Experience is preferred.ResponsibilitiesEvent planning, design and follow throughManage all project delivery elements within time limitsLiaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfactionPropose ideas to improve provided services and event qualityOrganize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, menu, staff, etc…Supervise Staff (event staff, delivery drivers, etc…) in connection to your eventKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Friendly and positive attitude and customer service drivenEffectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from clientsGoal orientedAbility to work individually and as part of a teamCommitment to company valuesStrong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office.Flexibility with scheduleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:TipsEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
