About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our Organizational Capability team. The Specialist of Talent Management Programs and Processes role will report to the Director of Organizational Capability and will support the project management of enterprise-wide talent management programs and processes for Pitney Bowes. The ideal candidate must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, excellent project and planning skills, and the desire to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This opportunity will provide an individual with experience and exposure to many areas of Talent Management and Human Resources within a global multifaceted organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Partners with Talent Management COEs, Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP’s), and leaders to evaluate current talent processes and make any needed refinements.
Maintains and monitors project plans within a project management tool, project schedules, budgets and expenditures to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.
Supports the Manager, Global Talent Integration & Workday User Experience with the integration of talent management and HR processes (e.g., performance management, talent review, succession planning, etc.) into Workday.
Manages roll-out of newly created organizational competency model.
Supports the execution and administration of Talent programs, processes, and application of best practices.
Supports design and implementation of succession planning and key talent review meetings and processes across the company; identify or create tools and processes for assessing talent.
Maintains the utmost confidentiality regarding exposure to all information including conversations, data, insights, etc.
Supports end-to-end annual business unit talent planning process.
Partners with HR Analytics team to develop appropriate metrics and tracking mechanisms.
Organizes and attends stakeholder meetings; documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Compiles and analyzes talent data to measure the success of key initiatives against project objectives and talent metrics.
Facilitates training sessions, meetings, focus groups, and interviews to support talent processes training and adoption efforts.
Generates presentations and reports for various project updates or group meetings.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor or advanced degree in Human Resources, Adult Learning, Talent Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred or related field
2+ years of experience with HR and Talent management processes such as talent and succession planning initiatives, performance management, career management and other programs/processes
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and processes, meet deadlines, and work with cross-functional partners
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Diplomacy to negotiate internally at a senior level and with external partners
Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving and changing priorities; resilient and flexible
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Strong quantitative and analytical ability
Self-starter who drives quality results and experiences
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with leaders at all levels is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, analytical tools and project management platforms
Workday HCM experience required
