Job Description : Specimen CollectorPURPOSE AND FUNCTIONS: Performs Toxicology testing in a facility settingGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for urine collection of drug screen testingOrder all supplies needed to perform testingAccurate data entrySend out specimens via FedEx and keep record of tracking informationCommunicate with supervisor and all parties associated with patient statusPerform other program or project-related and other duties as needed or assignedQUALIFICATIONS:High School graduate or equivalent required.REQUIREMENT(S):MUST be reliable and dependableMUST be comfortable collecting urine and nasal(if needed) from patients with our testing devicesMUST have reliable transportationCommunication is criticalProfessionalAble to follow instructionsPossess the ability to keep sensitive information confidentialComplete HIPAA training upon hireGreat customer serviceValid Driver LicenseClean background check**Hands on patient experience is not required but recommendedHours and Days:Tuesday-Friday 6:30am-4:30/5pmJob Type: Full-timePay: From $17.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided to all specimen collectors for their safetyEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:urine collection: 1 year (Required)Medical Assistants: 1 year (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
