Job Description : Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Able to communicate with the dishwashers when in need of silverware or glassware.Making sure the front of the house members always has materials ready to use.Must be able to fully inspect every single silverware, glassware and plates to its fullest in order to make sure that it is clean and precise.Assisting the bussing team in order to keep a steady flow of service.Has some knowledge of service preparation in order to have everything ready-to-go.Always keeping busy on down time.Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, always having the “clean as you go” mentality.Attends and participates at mandatory staff meetings and classes.Is involved in on-premise and off-property promotions for the restaurant.May be filmed or photographed by the restaurant for marketing, recruiting, educational or other purposes.Other duties as assigned by the managers and supervisors.Education and Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required1 year of related experience and/or trainingSkills and Qualifications:Must possess knowledge of sequence of serviceExcellent communications skillsLiquor LicenseTB ClearanceJob Type: Part-timePay: $10.10 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Evening shiftEvery weekendHolidaysNight shiftWeekend availabilityWork Location: One location
