Job Description : Job Description: Strategic Research Consultant – 2022Zeichner Risk Analytics (ZRA), a small firm providing risk, policy, legal, and management consulting services to private sector and federal government clients, has an immediate opening for a Strategic Research Consultant.Duties for this position include:Consult, communicate, and advise private sector and federal clients, primarily CISA, to support risk management decisions and other projects.Conduct research and evaluate the importance of each area of study.Strategic research planning and execution.Prepare and provide articles for written publication.Produce high-quality deliverables for non-technical audience; deliverables include briefings, analytic and research reports, white papers, and work plans.Apply professional and educational knowledge to analyze situations and take effective action.Establish and maintain client relationships with regular, effective communication and project updates.Required Skills and Experience:Active Top Secret Security Clearance.Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree, MLA preferred.The position is temporarily remote, with relocation in the Washington D.C. area preferred.Professional working experience with DoD, CISA, and/or DHS.Academic or professional background in teaching, liberal arts, journalism, research, or another relevant field.Professional experience, preferably in a role involving writing, research, or education; previous consulting experience preferred.Ability to conduct research on complex subject matter and translate research for client deliverables, at an executive level.Ability to extract key findings from comprehensive literature reviews on relevant emerging trends.Excellent oral and written communications skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Interest in working in a multidisciplinary team and fast-paced, collaborative environment.Cooperative team leader and team member.To Apply:Please submit a resume and cover and include “Strategic Research Consultant – 2022” in the subject line.No phone calls, please.
