We are a growing company and need dependable and reliable crews for consistent work to help support the growth of our business.If you are skilled in the Renovation or Home Improvement trade, we would like to meet you!Responsibilities: Contractor / Handyman / Remodelers are required to have expertise in multiple types of home repair, maintenance, and remodeling. Contractor must have basic construction experience, organized, and effectively communicate with Project Manager. RTK Atlanta is looking for contractors of crews that can bid work and complete all projects on-time and on-budget.General Carpentry – Rough and FinishBathroom Upgrades / RemodelKitchen Refresh / RemodelPainting Interior and ExteriorDrywall Repair / Patching / CaulkingMinor Plumbing and Minor Electrical KnowledgeFlooring Repair and InstallationHandyman, General Home Repairs and Maintenance WorkJob Requirements: Current driver’s license, auto insurance, and/or tax IDHave tools, work vehicle, good references, and provide photos.Contractors need W9 Form, liability insurance, and Worker’s Comp.Excellent communication skillsBuilding code familiarity – if applicableMaterial Management, Home Depot, Lowes, etc.We are always looking to speak with an experienced Contractor and/or Handyman who has professional experience as a Remodeler, Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber, Painter, Mason, or Installer or any skilled tradesman from the residential or commercial construction industry.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $125.00 – $300.00 per dayBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityLicense/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
