Position : T/A Scheduler
Job Description : Responsible for developing integrated schedules, produce daily shift schedules and report schedule progression.
Delivers accurate, resource loaded schedules and reports to the TAR Teams, Operators and all levels of site leadership.
Employs a comprehensive understanding of the sequencing and prioritizing of tasks associated with maintenance of refinery equipment and construction related activities
Provide technical project management advice to aid TAR Teams and site Leadership Teams in their decision making process
Must demonstrate a working knowledge of various craft disciplines and tools
Support maintenance, operations 24/7 and production teams to achieve site goals in safe, compliant and reliable operations
Provides special client requests i.e.: Progress curves and reports
Ensure that regulatory and corporate standards are scheduled into every TAR job in order to help drive a zero tolerance policy for non-compliance
Issue “CPM” Schedule to client
Issue other project control documents as needed.
Lead project schedule team
Lead contributor to Project Controls Team
Provides technical over site logic to schedule
Enters and reviews schedule progress
Mentors Jr Schedulers in process and application
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism at all time with both ITC and Client.
Extensive knowledge of turnaround methodology
Detailed knowledge of planning
Knowledge of material control system and procedures
Knowledge of HSE standards
Proficient in Primavera
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Proficient in Change Management Systems
Proficient in Project Controls
Proficient in Cost Controls
Proficient in Excel – import/export
Proficient in detailed reporting utilizing P6
Active TWIC Card
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Degree in related field preferred
Five years of turnaround experience preferred
Contract: Long Term (Local Preferred, Perdiem If Needed)
Projected Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 40-50 hr weeks with OT opportunity as demanded by projects
