Position : Talent Operations Coordinator
Job Description : As a Talent Operations Coordinator, you will support the employee lifecycle from pre-employment to off-boarding. Reporting to the Lead, Talent Operations, you will work as part of a dynamic team handling administrative tasks, processing personnel actions, and supporting the Human Resource and Talent Acquisition functions of Red Bull.

Expand all
Talent Acquisition
Ensure candidate and hiring manager experience aligns with the Red Bull brand promise
Schedule candidate interviews, candidate travel, and manage expense reimbursement
Host onsite interviews (Greet candidates, host tours, and escort candidates to interviews)
Assist Talent Acquisition team on sourcing projects
Support diversity and help to create an environment of inclusivity
Process Adverse Action Letters
Support administrative actions within Applicant Tracking System
Talent Operations
Provide onboarding support including the completion of I-9’s
Perform customer service tasks by answering employee requests
Process mail, make photocopies and perform other clerical functions
Talent Business Partnerships
Help process terminations administratively
Conduct voluntary exit interviews
Request, prepare and distribute off-boarding materials
Talent Project Support
Support Learning and Development team members
Help with exciting Red Bull projects related to Talent Acquisition, Employee Learning, and Human Resources
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
1+ year experience inputting and maintaining data
Knowledge of Information Systems, such as SAP, Taleo, or other Applicant Tracking Systems beneficial
Passion for providing excellent customer service
Experience working in an assisting function
Interest in HR and Talent Acquisition
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Fluent in English
