Our customer advocate software helps Sales teams win more deals and accelerate their sales cycles by leveraging customer advocacy—the future of sales and marketing.Specific responsibilities include: – Troubleshooting and resolving client support issues.- Creating, prioritizing, and monitoring tickets in Jira.- Leading technical implementations, working with Salesforce administrators.- Managing the process of migrating data to our solution.- Keeping team members up-to-date on ticket / project status’, and clients apprised of new and updated product information.- Testing and validating new and updated product functionality.Requirements: – 2+ years of customer service and technical support experience in an enterprise B2B, cloud software organization.- Experience with Salesforce® CRM.- Experience with applications like Jira, Confluence, etc.- Strong written and verbal communications skills.- Love of problem-solving.- Strong data analysis skills.- High technical aptitude.- Organized and detail-oriented.- Demonstrated exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise- Microsoft Office skills.- Natural curiosity, a quick learner.- Adaptable and flexible.- Demonstrable sense of humor, humility, and confidence.- Home-office in the state of Colorado.Benefits include: – Medical/Dental/Optical insurance- 401K- 3 weeks of paid time off- Flex spending account- Work from home-office (no commuting!)- Computer/office equipment providedWork RemotelyYesJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:relevant: 2 years (Required)Salesforce: 1 year (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
