Job Description : Kett Engineering is currently looking for Seasonal (Project) Test Drivers to work with us at our customer location in Yuma, AZ. Successful candidates will drive and evaluate pre-production and prototype test vehicles on durability test routes. Record data per instructions and report on issues that occur. We are looking for good, dependable, and safe drivers to test vehicles and their systems.REQUIREMENTS: · Must have 3 years (verifiable) licensed driving experience.· Must have a valid Driver’s License and MVR with no more than 3 points in the last 3 years.· Ability to pass driver evaluation test.· Good oral and written communication skills.· Ability to pass a drug screen and physical.· Must be able to lift at least 25lbs.· Valid high school diploma or GED· Must be flexible and available to work 40 or more hours per week for the duration of a project· Must be available to work weekends when needed· Kett pays time and one-half for any hours worked over 40 hours Monday through Saturday· Kett pays double-time for Sunday, providing the employee has worked over 40 hours that week· Kett pays double-time for Holidays, providing the employee has worked 40 hours that week· Must be able to work any shift and varying hours:1st Shift 7:00am to 3:30pm or5:00am to 3:30pm2nd Shift 3:00pm to 11:30pm or3:00pm to 1:30amPLEASE NOTE: This is a Seasonal Test Project. Project/Variable hour employees are hired for seasonal/temporary employment to perform tasks and duties of a particular project. Customers periodically adjust project testing and requirements.
