Job Description : Treatment CoordinatorOur practice is seeking an experienced and motivated Treatment Coordinator, who is driven to make things happen. Are you talented, highly motivated and hardworking? Do you enjoy working with patients and helping them through what might be a difficult process? If so, you may be the person we are looking for! We are an established, high-paced, mid-size, quality-oriented periodontal office and our patients and team are our greatest priority.Duties & Responsibilities:Discuss treatment options, establish treatment schedules, and prepare financial arrangements with patients.Monitor each patient’s progress to ensure completion of dental treatment plan and report patient status to attending doctor as well as enter and track patient treatment plans in computer system.Strong organizational skillsManaging doctor’s schedules and reportsHighly efficient with computersThe ability to complete all tasks and duties assigned to front office personnel.Actively participate as a contributing member of the office staff team to achieve patient satisfaction and office production goalsQualifications:Desired- A minimum of 2 to 5 years in a dental practice preferable with experience as a Treatment Coordinator.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be positive and have a professional image.We provide competitive benefits including health insurance, 401K plan and paid time off.Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Flexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
