Job Description : Reports to: Chief Operating OfficerOverview: Plans and Directs all aspects of Operations activites within Acertara, including Probe Repair and Probe Manufacturing Activities, Product Manufacturing, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Shipping and Logistics, Facilities Maintenance, Human Resources and Information Technology. Ensures all Operations projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with Acertara’s policies and objectives. This position is responsible for Operations related product support and manufacturing process development. Overall responsibility for Operations process execution and product delivery to customers.Responsibilities Supervise and ensure process execution for Probe Repair Operations (PRO), Probe and Product Manufacturing (PPM), Acoustic Power Testing (APT), Purchasing and Inventory, Shipping and Logistics, Human Resources and Information Technology OperationsDrive profitability and efficiency through every department in the organizationDeveloping, implementing, and executing strategies, procedures and business plans to enhance operational efficiency in each of the sameEnsures complete implementation and execution of projectsIdentifies training needs and ensures proper training is developed and providedCollaborates with Sales & Marketing and Engineering to achieve business goalsWorking with the COO and Director of Accounting on all matters related to the businessWorking with the executive team to set company performance goalsPerforming employee reviews and developing corrective action plans as neededFollow all policies and procedures regarding clean work area and environmental issuesAdhere to quality system standards and procedures, and ensure customer requirements and needs are metQualificationsEducation and Professional StatusBachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other industry-related field required; Masters of Business Administration preferred.U.S. citizen or authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.AttributesAt least 8 years of experience in operations managementExcellent verbal and written English language skills.Effective time management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsSuperior attention to detailComfort with project management workflows that involve issue management, task scheduling, and light Agile methods.The ability to generate and maintain professional documentation.A self-driven attitude and a strong aptitude and motivation to learn new technologies.Job Type: Full-timePay: $135,000.00 – $155,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:Acertara follows all Federal, State, County and local requirements.Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Operations management: 8 years (Required)Project management: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
