Job Description : Persante Healthcare is looking for a full time Warehouse Technician to join our team!As the Warehouse Technician, you will have responsibility to assist in organizing and maintaining all Home Sleep Testing units along with paperwork and time management of unit issuance.As with any job, other duties may be assigned to you as appropriate.Preparing HST units, shipping labels, and paperwork for patient units.Printing out registration forms and organizing when units need to be prepared.Delivering of HS Units to labs for STAT orders.Assisting with the cleaning and disinfection of hardware and supplies.Digital upload and validation of sleep study data .Filling out of patient paperwork.Assisting in inventory and supplies of HST Department.Other HST related projects as assigned.Your Secondary Duties and ResponsibilitiesUploading, completing paperwork, notes added to pt. chart, studies must be validated and the unit is cleaned and disinfected.Reports on every invalid HSTs and keeping track of units not yet received.Retrieving HST units from labs that patients have no showed or cancelled.Qualifications and SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalentAdministrative experience in the field of Sleep Medicine desirableWarehouse experience in a healthcare setting desirableExperience with inventory control softwareExperience with barcoding softwareIntermediate to advanced Excel experienceJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
