Job Description : Window World of Yuma has been the #1 replacement window company in Yuma County for the past several years. Due to continued business growth, Window World has an immediate opening for a Lead Installer. If you are a trim carpenter or have experience in installing windows, patio doors and entry doors, and would like to earn up to $120,000 per year, please contact us!You will be responsible for a 2-3 person crew that will be installing windows and doors in our customers’ homes in Yuma, La Paz and Mohave counties. In addition to technical and practical competence, which is essential, you must have strong leadership, people and organizational skills. You must have initiative and be a problem solver. You must be able to train and lead your crew to deliver a great customer experience every single time.You must have a reliable vehicle, trailer and tools. Installation training on our specific installation methods will be provided where applicable. All window, door and ancillary materials to complete every job will be provided by the company.Full timeNo benefits offered$80,000 to 100,000 plus per year plus participation in our employee bonus programJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: Multiple Locations
