Are you looking to grow your business and reduce stress? Lessen is offering tremendous growth opportunities with fast, next day e-payments. We are looking for 1099 general contractors, subcontractors, and handymen to handle numerous upcoming projects including renovations, turns and maintenance.
Lessen is fundamentally changing how real estate services are initialized, managed, and delivered at scale. The company is well-funded by top Silicon Valley VCs and has committed clients and fast-growing revenue.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Looking for 1099 general laborers, handymen and small general contractors to provide some but not all the below services in a job scope.
Appliance repair
Carpentry
Carpet Cleaning
Cleaning Services
Drywall
Handyman services
Locksmith
Painting
Fencing
Gutters
Landscaping
Trash removal/dumpsters
Windows/glass replacement
PAY RATE
$40-$60/hour. Subject to change based on client and work order
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1M / $2M Aggregate), Workers Comp (if applicable) and able to add Lessen as an additional insurer.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Must possess own transportation, materials, and own equipment/tools of that specific trade to perform the job.
Complete jobs on time without construction defect or large punch items, understand scopes and the process of coordinating labor and scheduling efficiently.
Document & communicate through email and phone with biweekly updates including pics, c/o items and weekly schedules.
All installations must be done to code with finish quality in all trades.
Physically able to climb, stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time to lift and carry materials.
