We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a
variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the
Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and
employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s
general administrative activities.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT DETAILS:
Answer Multi-line phones
Direct calls
Schedule/Arrange meetings
Entering data within the system
Assist with general office duties
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous Office experience/background
Proficient with computer systems, data entry, typing.
Must have experience with excel, outlook and google docs Must be
able to handle multi-line phone
Must be confidential
Applicant may be subject to a background check
