Job Description : About the Job:
We are looking for the right individual to join our family, a go-getter with a strong drive to excel and to help build our business for the future.
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn $75,000 to $100,000 in the first year and much more in subsequent years. We offer merit-based pay. The better you do, the more you earn.
Must have:
Excellent computer skills.
A great work ethic.
We can offer additional compensation opportunities for a professional who can bring business relationships from other industries that can translate to the additional moving business. Examples would be real estate agent relationships in regards to our household moving business or relationships with facility managers or office management professionals in regards to our office moving business.
Responsibilities:
Provide customers with excellent customer care.
Ability to provide accurate relocation and storage estimates.
Enter all customer notes into the CRM process.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with the intent to close the sale
Regular and accurate communication with entire staff
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Follow company policies and procedures, operating hours, and disciplines.
Job Requirement:
Intermediate Computer skills.
Phone presence that is persuasive and influential.
High level of Customer Service.
Active listening skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
