CTS serves several industries including Automotive, Consumer Goods, Powertrain, Energy, Medical and Military.Position SummaryTo manually assemble complex industrial machining. Over the course of the machine build, the following duties are to be performed in a timely manner.Your Day-to-Day: Basic wiring utilizing blue print drawingsControl Panel WiringLayout and wiring of control panelWiring and plumbing of pneumaticsAssembly of MachineUtilizing strong motor skills and strong mechanical aptitude use power tools and hand tools to assemble frame of machine.Assembly of minor tooling; drilling and tappingMake and install guarding for machinePreparing for deliveryWith instructions from team lead – disassemble machineCrate machineAdditionalRequires Forklift and Crane lift certification (will be provided after hire)Must work well with others; Team contributorKeep work area clean and safePreform other duties as required or assigned.What You Bring to the Team: High School Diploma or GED equivalency- requiredElectronic/ Trade School certificate or any higher education in electronics or mechanical systems preferred.1-2 years of related work experience OR;Any appropriate combination of education and experience.Proficient with power and hand tools.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $28.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Assembly: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
