Our retail and demo stores cater to those who seek quality equipment and exceptional service, stocking a great range of retail boots and skis for our customers. We are looking for experienced boot fitters to complement our excellent team. Knowledge and experience in foot beds, boot modifications and retail sales of skis and boots is a must!
As a boot fitter you will be required to assist our guests with sales and fitting for all our demo equipment and retail goods. You must possess excellent communication skills to ensure you identify our customers’ needs and be able to select the best equipment option for them. You will assist with boot fitting, retail sales, setting up of demo equipment whilst providing outstanding customer service.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
Previous boot fitting experience in either a retail or rental environment is essential
Technical knowledge of ski boots and equipment
The ability to learn the technical features of new products
Demonstrated customer service experience
The capability to interact with guests on a personal level without necessarily engaging in sales conversation
A cheerful, “can-do” attitude
A sound working knowledge of computer systems and processes
The ability to work under pressure at times
The ability to stay enthusiastic, friendly, patient and helpful
The ability to work unsupervised at times and also be a great team player

Employment start dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, but most roles start in June and finish in late September. Staff accommodation may be available for successful applicants.
