Job Description : What you will doWe are looking for a Restaurant Brand Ambassador who will play a pivotal role in onboarding restaurant facilities, their equipment, and all warranty information onto the ResQ platform and setting our customers up for long-term success.This is a part-time position that allows you to work when it’s convenient for you!As a Restaurant Brand Ambassador at ResQ you will be contributing in the following areas:Travel to local Los Angeles restaurants: You will be responsible for going to restaurants and adding the ResQ barcode to kitchen equipment. It’s that easy!Professional attitude: You demonstrate a professional attitude when interacting with restaurants, the operators, and customers on-site. As the face of ResQ, you’ll represent you’ll deliver ‘WOW’ experiences at every restaurant you onboard.Attention to detail: Detail matters and you invest the time up front to make sure you get it right the first time and aren’t afraid to ask questions if there’s something you’re unsure ofAbout youA willingness to travel throughout your cityLooking for a flexible scheduleYou are comfortable working in, and around, multiple restaurants, every dayYou are tech-savvy, and feel comfortable using a smartphone to navigate through the ResQ appYou have a high level of comfort communicating with senior restaurant executives, owners, restaurant staff and vendorsYou take Extreme Ownership in everything you do – it’s one of our core operating principlesYou have a deep level of empathy towards people and are genuinely interested in understanding others’ problemsExperience in the restaurant industry would be considered an assetAlthough not mandatory, it would be great if you had access to a vehicleMore about ResQ: ResQ was founded with the belief that restaurant operators and service providers should have a much better way to operate their businesses.
