ResponsibilitiesBrew
+- .3 ABV
Consistent flavors, carbonation, and batch volume
Clean equipment
CIP brew house and fermenters
Cleaning and polishing outside of tanks
Clean Kegs
Manage Fermentation
Check Gravities
Diacetyl rest and test
Carbonate
Package beer in kegs
Yeast Management,
Collect yeast for re-pitching
Count yeast cells and calculate pitch rates
Brew Area Management
Clean floors
Keep area clutter free
Qualifications2 years production experience at brewery
Salary 42k to 50k depending on experience

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 – $25.00/hour.
