Job Description : Get Your Nest is looking to add to its fast-growing team as an Operations Manager. The perfect candidate will oversee the company’s organizational processes and add improvements to it as we scale. The main duties include assisting the human resources team in the recruiting and hiring process, implementing policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels, and building an enjoyable company culture.Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goalsCoordinating different teams to foster an exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunitiesAssessing and analyzing departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profitsInspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiativesCommunicating with the board or other senior officials about shifting company priorities and projectsIdentifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenueIdentifying opportunities to expand or shift course in order to take advantage of changes in the marketGet Your Nest is designed to disrupt the real estate industry in a big way.
