Galleria Conference Room – 1st Floor
Our Patient Access Representatives are responsible for
Arranging for efficient and accurate collection of information for orderly registration of pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
Collecting and distributing patient information, billing information, and collection information.
Providing financial estimates and collecting applicable patient financial liability.
Positively affecting the patient’s experience. Makes patients and families aware of hospital policies and procedures.
The duties of the positions require the exercise of courtesy in speaking with patients, families, and others to maintain sound community relations.

Position Requirements
Six months prior clerical or customer service experience preferably in a hospital or medical office.
Prior collections experience in a medical setting.
Excellent communication and strong customer service skills.
Working knowledge and ability to perform accurately and efficiently on computer.
Typing skills of 30 wpm.
License/Certification Requirements: No
Work Hours: Varies
Weekend Requirements: Yes
On-Call Requirements: No
