Position : Client Service Representative
Job Description : POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum 2 years of comparable customer service experience in lieu of degree, or 1 year of relevant financial services experience requiredBasic understanding of mutual funds, financial terms and investment products preferredMAJOR DUTIES: Responsible for understanding the process requirements for each of the markets, to include, legal requirements, product knowledge, forms, applications, client authority for account access, and literature.Respond accurately and efficiently to client inquiries and service client requests by clearly communicating verbally and/or in written form.Conduct proactive outbound calls to clients for a specific stated purpose as determined by management.Analyze research and resolve all client account-level inquiries.
