Communications Multimedia Specialist (Remote)
Are you looking to share your creative design abilities with a growing company? The Communications Multimedia Specialist will plan, manage, and deliver multi-media communications in support of Omnicell’s internal communications team. Projects may include video, multimedia design, narration, graphic design, etc.
Responsibilities
Design and create multimedia content to support internal communication efforts
Develop and execute project plans to ensure effective delivery of projects
Guide and execute creative vision for each project
Create or research and acquire image and video assets for use in multimedia projects
Collaborate with internal resources to create storyboards and scripts for development of eLearning modules
Coordinate internal and external resources as required
Required Knowledge and Skills
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Spark, Dreamweaver, etc.)
Working knowledge of computer hardware and familiarity with Microsoft Office software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Adaptability and flexibility
Ability to work well in a team environment
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years experience in multimedia, graphic design, or related field
OR
Minimum 5 years experience in multimedia, graphic design, or related field in lieu of educational requirements
Experience in leading projects from conception to execution: by gathering creative shooting footage, editing, and delivering final product.
Experience working with a variety of digital media editing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Spark, Dreamweaver, etc.
Experience in communicating with business audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in both Multimedia and Graphic design
Corporate experience
Work Conditions
US based Remote role
Work across multiple time zones
Travel up to 25% as needed to record meetings and events
Compensation will vary based on region. For the state of Colorado only, expected pay is {$64,575-83,025}. Benefits can be found on www.omnicellbenefits.com.
