Job Description : **THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN KEY WEST, FLORIDA**Responsibilities: · Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations.· Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance.· Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.· Communicate with the responsible parties to ensure quality construction exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized, while ensuring the client’s needs and wants are efficiently met.· Review projects on a daily basis to ensure quality construction standards exist and estimates remain within budget.· Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process from hiring contractors to working with engineers, architects, and vendors.· Ability to predict resources needed to complete projects· Ability to provide direction over contracts and subcontracts.· Order and manage materials and equipment.· Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city/county guidelines, and local state regulations are met.Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture· 5-7 years of experience in Project Management within Construction· Proficient reading and understanding of blueprints and drawings· Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software; Experience with Project Management Software preferred· Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles· Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs· High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms and conditions· Strong leadership and management skills· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently· High level of financial responsibility· Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations· Self-motivated and self-directed”Work Location:One locationWork RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
