Job Description

To improve our organization and to support the future growth and success of Danfoss, we are looking for a Business Controller with a keen interest to become a pro-active partner for our business in all controlling matters. This job offers a wide range of interesting and exciting project work, tasks, and responsibilities in an international environment.
Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Supporting transfer price process, fixed expenses, MDM, sales reporting, P&L and balance sheet analysis for Danfoss Cooling segment
Business analysis, Variance Analysis, Operational and corrective responsibility
Work closing with key Stake holders to facilitate their goal,
Responsible for the development of timely, accurate, concise and actionable reporting for senior leadership and regularly presenting to various stakeholders.
Seeks continuous improvement in the financial process to include enhanced, standardized reporting, automation of processes, and enhancement of business cases.
Management reporting across Product lines and Business units
Developing templates, performance management tools and dash boards
Drive the Monthly KPI reporting process, responsible for data gathering and reporting
Ad hoc analysis
Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
Degree in finance combined / qualified cost accountant, CA inter will be preferred.
5+ years in financial analysis experience
Experience with reporting/ controlling processes
Expert Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Experienced in SAP or any ERP, HFM/ Hyperion, BI/ BW
Good communication and diplomatic capabilities coupled with strong inter personal skills is mandatory.
Experience with working in a multinational company
Self-Starter and curious, Taking ownership of process
Able to learn quickly
Time management skills
Willingness to go extra mile
Perseverance, Quickness and flexibility,
Team player; very good co-operation and communication skills
Detail orientated and passion for quality of data.
