Job Description : Location : Virtual
We’re searching for a Coordinator I to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional service to our local and national customers. The primary role will be heavy computer work with data entry, with attention to detail for data accuracy and compliance. Data analytics with payroll experience would be ideal .
Where you can shine:
Heavy computer work with exceptional attention to detail.
Ensure there is data accuracy specific to compliance.
Cross-functional data entry with multiple supported systems.
Analyze data analytics for trends.
Payroll experience is helpful.
Assist customers on our app, JobStack, and ensure they know how to use it to their full advantage.
Acknowledge and resolves issues with a sense of urgency. Escalate concerns where appropriate.
Process timesheets in JobStack daily as part of the payroll process.
Promote a culture of safety by always keeping safety and compliance top of mind and reporting any workplace incidents.

What you bring to the table:
High school diploma or equivalent required, associates/bachelor’s degree preferred
Basic PC knowledge in programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Proficient in Excel
Clear communication skills. You know how to speak and write confidently, stay positive and factual and offer encouragement during conversations
Fast paced with attention to detail and data accuracy
An ability to empathize with others. You understand another person’s point of view and its impact on the decision process
The ability to remain calm even when challenged, positive when faced with pessimism, and professional at all times
Expert listening skills.
A willingness to improve. You accept feedback from customers, supervisors, peers and are always up to learn new technologies and processes that improve customer satisfaction
