It’s a known fact that one can revel in the balance they feel after a therapeutic massage, an Electro-Lymphatic therapy or IV therapy session, or other alternative commencements that tend to each unique health journey.Join a warm and inviting team that strives to be cognizant of your individuality, supportive to the alignment of your health, AND is enthusiastic in helping to optimize your professional growth within the company.What are the essential responsibilities of a Customer Care Representative?Support callers with a calm and patient demeanor, acknowledging their unique inquiries and providing swift assistance.Seek out new patients by reaching out to the community and booking appointments.Check-in and checkout patients; processing transactions and the end of service.Sales and cashiering (QuickBooks experience is a plus)Assist clients with schedule their appointments, using an online scheduling system for both locations (Seattle and Olympia)Maintain cleanliness and order within the clinic, ensuring product displays are organized and supplies are well stocked.Support management, administrative and practitioner staff across the team.Aid patients in resolving any conflicts or schedule changes.Research, contribute and manage social media content; create and distribute marketing materials as needed.Experience & QualificationsMinimum of two years receptionist/front end experienceExperience in administrative roles in clinics or spasStrong knowledge with coordinating and scheduling appointments, as well as managing patient accountsSuperb customer service and demonstrated sales abilities; phone management skills are importantDetail-orientated with refined accuracy skillsAbility to multitask and self-manageAbility to learn new software quickly with fastCreative and proficient with social media and marketingParker Staffing offers all levels of Administrative, Customer Service, Call Center, Sales, and Human Resources job opportunities in the Seattle and Bellevue metro area and other large cities throughout the Nation.
