Position : Customer Service Analyst
Job Description : The Customer Service Analyst is responsible for supporting all Wakefern Logistics activity from order creation to retail delivery and pack out for designated retail channels. You will function as the primary lead for providing management and supervision with actionable information, using current business intelligence tools and methods where applicable. As a Customer Service Department associate, you will support Member and store needs for all banners and non-traditional retail customers under the collaborated leadership of the Customer Service Supervisors. General responsibilities cover several areas highlighted by the following:Provide day-to-day insights across multiple logistics activities by initiating, analyzing and executing projects, assignments, and tasks that support the Logistics division’s goalsDevelop, communicate, and implement processes that optimize store replenishmentCreate, update, maintain and communicate RAPID ordering and delivery schedules for all product divisions, for all banners and non-traditional stores, as well as Directs, DSD, and Transdock vendorsSupport third party logistics operations, including auxiliary facilities and Transdock vendorsProvide new Member support; support new store openings, reopenings, and remodelsLead daily problem-solving efforts without direct supervision; including weekends and during business disruptionsTo be considered a candidate, an associate must meet the following minimum requirements: 1. Four-year College Degree, or presently enrolled with a minimum of 60 credits, or equivalent business experience.2. Exceptional collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to conduct formal presentations.3. Strong analytical skills required, with an above-average level of attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with numbers.4. Excellent software skills; Microsoft Office Suite required; previous use of CGO, LINK, MicroStrategy, QMF, RAPID, and WMS preferred.5. Ability to rapidly learn new software systems; generate, analyze and articulate ideas using visual models.6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with little to no direct supervision.7.
