Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Data Analytics Supply Chain Specialist. This position will be filled at either a level 2 or level 3 and will be located in Dulles, VA. A flexible remote work schedule with be considered.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating data gathering with Supply Chain, Contracts, and Program Management for small business subcontracting reporting requirements
Utilizes and compiles data from various systems/repositories (SAP, BW, DW, Costpoint) to meet internal/external reporting needs
Maintains reporting documents, files, correspondence, meeting minutes and other appropriate and applicable documents, databases and corresponding logs
Manages workloads, deadline requirements, and dedicated resources to meet the needs of internal/external customers with respect to reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc data requests
Produces monthly/quarterly small business performance reports for internal and external customer requirements
Works with database administrators throughout the organization to ensure data integrity and consistency while developing efficiencies as appropriate
Assists in compliance reviews with the Small Business Administration, DCMA, Internal/External Audit, and other oversight agencies as required
Contributes to data management internal projects as well as the upgrading of standards and best practice guidelines
Collaborates with other sectors and works with developers to support Supplier Diversity reporting requirements and tools
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 3 + years’ of experience or 1 year of experience with a Master’s for a level 2; Bachelor’s degree and 6 + years’ of experience or 4 years’ with a Master’s for a level 3
Must be extremely detail oriented
Must be able to manage multiple/competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Small Business/Supplier Diversity experience and/or Supply Chain experience
Project Management or Project Control/Finance experience

Salary Range: $67,496 USD – $101,244 USD
Salary Range 2: $83,600 USD – $125,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
