Job Description : Data Entry Specialist for Service Ops – Full Time – Temporary (6 months)
(Possible extension/conversion)
Location: This role is REMOTE and open to candidates nationwide in the United States.

Your Mission:
We are looking for a dynamic Data Entry Specialist for Service Ops to help us retain our core customer base. In this role, you will deal directly with our team and customers to find out what issues they are facing, how we may improve our products or services, and how to retain their business.
Responsibilities Include:
Autorenewal Order Entry
Entering 450-500 orders per month.
Account Verification
Ensure all items in current subscription are entered.
Converting to new current sku’s if they are on old legacy sku’s.
Orders are time sensitive so need to be completed in a timely manner.
Organized to make sure orders get entered and completed before expiration dates.
Assist in processing orders sent from project managers to the service operations team.
Assist in sorting the Proserv queue and route requests to the proper teams.
Qualifications Include:
Detail oriented (CRITICAL)
Excellent time management
Great communication skills
Fast learner
Excellent data entry skills and associated experience
