You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and you have excellent time management skills to be able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume and evolving work environment.What You’ll Do: We are seeking a creative, execution-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our client paid social media strategy and execution, client communications, and manage our digital marketing team. You will be involved in every aspect of our marketing campaigns, from creative development of each campaign to weekly optimization of the messaging, offers and target audience with a focus on consistently improving results.Some Key Responsibilities Include: · Understand client’s goals and objectives. Develop campaigns that work to achieve these goals· Monitor and report on results from Facebook, Instagram, Google and LinkedIn campaigns· Optimize Facebook and Instagram headlines and ad copy and A/B test concurrently to achieve the best performance, working with our internal copy writer.· Manage and pace client budgets accurately and support monthly media billing reconciliations· Analyze performance regularly and come up with strategies to improve campaigns and conversion rates · Stay up-to-date on industry trends and marketing opportunities· Ensure clients are thrilled with the work of the team· Manage a team of digital marketers and further their career through consistent mentoringSome of Our Perks: · Paid training, including online courses and off-site training· Minimal travel out of Denver, and a hybrid office with the ability to work at home partially each week· In-house video studio with several client video shoots each month· Stocked kitchen with snacks and beverages· Exciting and creative work environment with the ability to have measurable impact on the company’s growth· Health insurance benefitsQualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience · 3 to 5 years of working and communicating with clients focused on digital marketing, data, operations and/or advertising performance conversations· Experience working in Facebook Ads, Instagram, Google/YouTube, and LinkedIn · Strong Excel skills · Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines · Strong analytical skills · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Detail-oriented and organized· Problem solver with the ability to find creative solutions independently· Exhibit enthusiasm, passion, creativity and commitment This is a full-time position (Salary: DOE).
