Job Description : ITS is seeking a strong Direct Hire Recruiter/Account ManagerQualificationsWork closely with Client companies to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectationsManage the recruiting process across a variety of open roles helping Client companies find, hire, and retain quality talentGrow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open upContinuously partner with the recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategiesStay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcementsWork and form relationships with the internal recruiters and management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specificationsDevelop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media, our website and job boardsUtilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new candidatesScreen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final placementMaintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationshipsFollow up on interview process status and update records in internal databaseProvide coaching and guidance to more junior level recruiting staff and candidatesQualificationsExceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skillsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet searchFamiliarity with job boards, and, databases, and management systemsProven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, in-person, etc.)Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCommission payExperience:Recruiting: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
