Position Summary: The Director of Marketing and Communications is a seasoned professional who serves as the leader of Hawai‘i Foodbank’s communications team – developing and implementing strategic communications, public relations and marketing plans to support Hawai‘i Foodbank’s programs, services, campaigns and initiatives. This individual is responsible for leading Hawai‘i Foodbank’s brand strategy and ensuring consistency and quality of the organization’s overall identity. The Director of Marketing and Communications serves as the key administrator for the organization’s creative direction, internal and external communication, marketing programs, and publications.
This individual often works independently with minimal supervision in a work environment of multiple and conflicting priorities.
