Job Description : Here at The Source, we are a vehicle transportation and inspection company. We facilitate the purchase of vehicles between corporate accounts and private sellers. Our goal at The Source is to be the easiest method for an individual to sell their car and to provide the highest level of customer service in the industry.We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher to act as the point of communication between our accounts, sellers, and operators in the field. You will be coordinating appointments between the sellers and your operators in the field. And you will be the one planning the transportation for the vehicle and your operator in the field. This position requires exceptional organization, communication, and multi-tasking skills.ResponsibilitiesPrimary point of communication between the purchasing department, seller, and your account manager (field operator)Scheduling/Coordinating appointments between the seller and your account manager (field operator)Monitor the route and status of account managers to coordinate and prioritize their scheduleFamiliarize yourself with the territory you are assignedSkillsExcellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills requiredAbility to plan ahead and also be able to adapt on the flyBe able to make quick judgment calls and come up with fast solutionsProficiency with computers, cellphones, mobile applications, Microsoft 365, Google suite, and online mapping/GPS technologyJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftWeekend availabilityExperience:Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
