Job Description : TITLE: Distribution Supervisor2nd Shift – 3pm-1:30amLOCATION: Distribution Apopka, FLSUMMARY OF POSITION: Supervises the activities of employees engaged in outbound operations. Responsible for leading, developing and engaging a team in a rapidly growing operation. Mentoring and coaching your team to become the best leaders they can be. Communicating and maintaining quality control policies and standard work procedures to employees. Deliver meaningful results that drive productivity and efficiency without reducing quality or accuracy.
