Job Description : Diversity Equity & Inclusion CoordinatorThe primary responsibilities of a DEI Coordinator are to facilitate and implement Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs for the project including implementing solutions to increase and represent the diversity, equity, and inclusion of the community within the site workforce. The DEI coordinator will work directly with both internal and external team members to meet or exceed the goals of the project DEI program.Primary Responsibilities:Organize and facilitate the site engagement committee including diverse participants from Holder Construction, Site Trade Partners, and Client.Plan and coordinate site cultural programs and events, educational events, employee resource groups, newsletters, site signage campaigns, and other communications.Plan and coordinate site specific recognition programs such as Tradesperson of the Month or Diverse Supplier of the Month including promoting the program and encouraging participation.Coordinate and deliver DEI site orientation training for the workforce.Coordinate and deliver periodic training for the workforce on conduct, respect, and inclusion to reinforce expectations.Coordinate cultural enrichment and related employee resource groups to create an environment of inclusion and promote inclusive behaviors.Develop and implement the site communications strategy utilizing digital media, cultural awareness poster campaigns, electronic communications, social media posts, and leadership messaging.Coordinate investigations of any on-site bias motivated incidents.Coordinate and prepare quarterly DE&I summary to Meta including reporting on training, cultural events, and site demographics.Requirements for this position include:2-3 years of experience in related fieldBachelor’s Degree in business or related degree (Communications, HR, Marketing, Public Relations) from an accredited institution or equivalent work experienceStrong organization skills and ability to manage multiple assignmentsAbility to work independently and prioritize work assignmentsStrong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to influence and work effectively with all levels with the organization.Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively and communicate when help is neededProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)*WHO WE ARE*The best teams trust Holder to deliver their most important work.
