Come join our winning team!EARN UP TO $25 PER HOUR BASED ON PERFORMANCE!!!Responsibilities / Job Duties: Driveway sealcoating is the application of a paint-like sealant to the surface of driveways. Sealcoating protects the driveway and makes it look great!· Use a variety of equipment such as: backpack blowers, trimmers, push brooms, and hand tools· Safely and cleanly apply sealcoat material utilizing sealcoat broom· Clean up any debris left on site· Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/foremanRequired Skills and Abilities: · Reliable· Punctual and on time· Capable of lifting 35 lbs· Capable of working outside and in the heat· Ability to follow directions· Pride in a job well done· Ability to effectively communicate· Ability to work independently, as well as on a team· Valid driver’s license (Required)Benefits: · Weekly Pay· Overtime· Advancement Opportunities· Potential for Weekly Performance Bonus· Company cookouts, appreciation lunches/breakfastsSchedule: · Day Shift· Minimum 40-hour work weeks.
