Underwriting Underwriting new merchant proposals on the Ecommerce proposals including o Start-ups o VC Funding o Existing merchants o New to Bank Preparing, reviewing and analyzing the creditworthiness of all new proposals and renewals.
Preparing written Credit Memorandums for presentation and approval.
Ordering, reviewing and analyzing reports (credit, appraisal, and done by third parties).
Financial Review Net worth computation (Individual / ITR), financials review, Balance sheet, P& L statement etc.
, Evaluating financial statements, historical trends, projections, management performance, industry, Key Financial Ratios, Analysis of Cash flow, capital structure and collateral.
The job involves, assessment of Balance sheet and Profit & Loss a/c for SME profile segment.
Aggregator review / monitoring & on boarding assistance Regular monitoring of Aggregators Reviewing proposals of Aggregators segmented reviews on MCC wise classification Portfolio Review Maintain the deactivation ratio of the newly enrolled merchants less than 1% due to underwriting reasons.
Performing various departmental functions, including loan covenant monitoring, risk rating.
Market research and analysis Renewal of UW Portfolio Review of Conditions Stipulated During Approvals Review of Proposals-High Brand Risk, Caution Segment, Special merchants, Donation Segment* Review of Entire portfolio* Follow up the ME not commenced business > 90 days from the date of Approval resulting in re-activation/deactivation* Thrush hold reviews Review and revisiting of Porfile set at the time of on boarding valid the volatile trends and make corrective actions to avoid fraud risk and business loss risk Quality & Root Cause Analysis Ensuring root cause analysis on the declines Delay in approvals to be reviewed for optimization of the TAT.

Audit and Compliance ISO & SoX Audit file preparations and maintenance.
Compliant to laydown policy conditions and regulator mandates.
