In this position you will develop, employ and measure a communications program to connect with internal audiences, cultivate community partnerships and advance engagement. You will also support business leaders and provide counsel on communications strategies.

Primary Responsibilities

Engage employees through credible, measurable communications content supporting business objectivesProvide leaders with information to help them communicate effectively with their teamsDevelop content for the senior leader of the business to support customer intimacy, motivate employees and attract talentDevelop line of business video series for employees and leaders
Coordinate with program communicators to ensure business successes are recognized by the businessSupport social media efforts for talent recruitmentManage email, content management, social media and meeting tools
Lead local media engagement and social media to share community stewardship
Cultivate community partnerships
Support employee volunteerism
Basic Qualifications:
Exceptional writing, editing, video, social media and oral communications skills with the ability to convey highly complex information in clear, compelling waysAbility to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and leadersAbility to plan, organize and execute employee events and executive communicationsAbility to collect and interpret metrics to influence strategic direction in communications plansCreative thinker and problem solverMotivated self-starter who performs independently and works effectively under competing priorities and tight deadlinesFamiliarity with new communications trends and industry techniquesQuick study with an attention to detail and a sense of urgencyStrong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to learn and use tools such as LinkedIn, Poppulo, Zoom and AirTable
Desired Skills:
Prior experience writing internal communications, including writing for the web, videos or social media and a strong understanding of AP style
Strategist with keen creative instincts and expertise influencing leadership approaches to change management
