This role resides within Human Resources and co-reports to Corporate Communications to ensure connectivity with the larger internal communications content strategy.

The Employee Experience Editor will:

? Develop engaging content and champion a strong editorial vision for Morgan Stanley?s Employee Experience program.

? Develop and maintain innovative strategies for storytelling that support the Firm?s key lines of businesses which

contribute to the overarching Employee Experience.

? Partner closely with key stakeholders across divisions to ideate, source, produce and distribute content that brings the Firm?s top initiatives, programs and benefits to life in a compelling and exciting way.

? Partner closely with Corporate Communications to ensure consistency with larger themes and timely campaigns, as part of the Morgan Stanley Today content calendar.

? Develop and socialize best practices for content creation and distribution throughout the Firm.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have experience contributing to a newsroom-style digital publication, with an instinct for content that communicates the breadth of the Firm?s businesses.

Specifically, the candidate will have:

8+ years? experience managing and developing content at a media company or a large corporation with multiple stakeholders and a broad audience.Outstanding writing/editing skills and editorial instinctsThe expertise to provide constructive feedback to creators, help define the narrative voice/approach of each story and write copy that communicates effectively, engages our key audiences and drives our business forward.The ability to absorb complex ideas quickly and reframe them for engaged and motivated audiences with a range of expertise in financial-sector information.A proven track record for assessing, evaluating and communicating the impact/outcomes driven by produced/created content, inclusive of developing test-and-learn strategies.Experience using a CMS to manage real-time content.Exceptional collegiality in a heavily matrixed organization.Excellent leadership skills and a client-focused approach.
