Job Description : As a Executive Assistant you will play a key role in gathering data, conducting research, CEO office management, tracking reports and follow ups.
About the Role
Responsibilities:
Anticipating, identifying, planning, and organising activities to ensure CEO Office functions smoothly
Effective and efficient CXO and Inter-department Liaison – Zero slippages
CEO Office Management (Dashboard, Calendar, Employee Communication etc)
Driving Key initiatives where applicable
Operational Items – Team Coordination, Project Tracking, Reporting etc.
Followup on BD proposals send by CEO’s Office with Clients
Manage CEO’s calendars and set up meetings
Manage CEO’s travel and accommodation arrangements
Skill Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
Preferred : Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
