Job Description : Job Summary : TMG IAM team engineers are responsible for support of IAM solutions in TMG ISIM, ISAM and cyberark, must be available for on call support whenever required and assure the systems are up and running. depending on the business requirements like server upgrade, fix pack updates, certificate updates, outages etc. , and supporting changes related to the managed services, Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues efficiently.
There is also current list of BAU activities which the engineering team help to ensure Audit and compliance requirements at TMG.
Primary Skills :
Knowledge on Active Directory,Tivoli Directory Indicator
Idenity and Access Management – SailPoint and ISIM,ISAM
Understand Authentication/Authorization Models
Privileged Access Management, CyberArk
Data Analysis – MS office proficiency
ITSM – ServiceNow or any ticketing tool
ISIM,ISAM implementation , maintenance and support
Employee Status : Full Time Employee
