We are a multicultural team with 160 individuals from 17 nationalities working from our offices in the USA, Germany, Australia, India, UK, Sweden, Denmark, Argentina and Kenya.
We are currently searching for an ambitious Flight Operations Executive to be based in Bangalore, India and we can accommodate home working from any location for the right candidate.
As a Flight Operations Executive you will ensure our guests’ trips have the correct flights confirmed for the time they travel. You will be responsible for keeping any scheduled changes up to date and then liaising with the Travel Consultant and Trip Coordination teams to ensure our guests are aware of any changes. You will also have knowledge of the Amadeus flight system to enable you to support the business functions on questions regarding flight routings, fare classes and ticketing.

What do we expect from you?
2+ years of experience using the Amadeus flight booking system (or similar)
Ability to Manage Airline Queues inc Airline Schedule Changes.
You will have a good working knowledge of airline fares (Published and Negotiated) and, UK and
European routings
Ability to handle escalations and make quick decisions on your own
You enjoy communicating with people with diverse backgrounds and personalities.
