Job Description : JOIN THE SEV LASER TEAM AS OUR NEWEST RECEPTIONIST IN OUR SOHO & CENTRAL PARK OFFICES IN NEW YORK!!SEV Laser Aesthetics is LA’s finest intimate A-List approved Medical Spa, specializing in Laser Hair Removal, Laser Skin Tightening, Dermal Fillers and of course BOTOX. SEV Laser, a faith-based company, started with the simple vision of providing high quality and affordable laser treatments. We are looking for our next SEV LASER Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. If Beauty and Customer Relations are your passion, then this will be a great fit!Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the officeAnswer, screen and forward incoming phone callsEnsure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms,etc)Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailReceive, sort and distribute daily emails/messagesMaintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stockSkills: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar roleProfessional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service attitudeScheduling Requirements: Must be available to work 3-4 days per week, including 2 Saturdays per monthMust be available to work from 9:30am-7:30pm each dayPerks & Benefits: Position pays a competitive hourly rateIncludes monthly bonus pay based off of monthly salesDiscounts on all services offeredFlexible schedulingJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
