Grow your skills and your career!$18-20.00 per hour, based on experience, plus benefits and paid time off.Upbeat work environment and forward thinking leadership.What you’ll do as a Front Office Assistant: Greet customers, vendors, and other guests.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Perform data entry for various projects and maintain the Warranty Registration database.General filing and record keeping, including scanning and organizing electronic documents.Support Accounts Payable, HR, and other departments with administrative tasks including filing, entering invoice and freight bill data, creating new employee packets, and preparing reports.Manage office supply inventory and order supplies as requested.What you need to be successful: 2 years’ front desk, receptionist, or administrative assistant experience.Intermediate or better abilities with Excel. Proficient in Outlook, Word, and computers in general.Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.Accountability – ask for help when you need it and take ownership for any mistakes.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple high priority objectives.Flexibility and willingness to pivot focus – this is a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Bonus points if you are familiar with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains or other advanced databases.Hours, Pay, & Benefits: This is a full-time, regular position working 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday.Pay range is $18-20.00 an hour based on experience.Discounted premiums on medical, dental, and vision insurance through United Healthcare.401(k) matching with immediate vesting.10 days paid time off plus 7 paid holidays.King Electrical Manufacturing is a drug-free workplace.
