Job Description : Gym AttendantWe are seeking self motivated and service-oriented individuals with a passion for health and wellness to join our high growth company. We are staffing for a luxury residential building where we provide classes, customer service, reservation assistance, and facility upkeep and cleaning. The role is equal parts customer service and facility maintenance. The building provides porters for trash disposal and deep cleaning, and our team is responsible for spot cleaning and organizing throughout the shift. This person should be a proactive problem-solver who is obsessed with providing a great experience for members across every touchpoint. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and take initiative to deliver a superior member experience.Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and engaging members and guestsStudio and Gym equipment disinfecting, prepping and cleaning, including cleaning yoga mats, exercise equipment, floors, and mirrorsBathroom and locker room cleaning spot cleaning (surfaces dry, mirrors clean, communicating major issues to building porters)Have comprehensive understanding of all tech systems and an ability to troubleshoot common issuesMaintain professionalismCommunicate and proactively address member relations, feedback and facility concerns to ManagerRestock supplies and track inventoryDigital communication and miscellaneous administrative dutiesRequirements Can excel in both customer service and facility maintenancePersonable and friendly with a positive attitudeAbility to take direction from leadershipAbility to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of timeMust be able to lift/carry a minimum of 50lbsEnsure the highest standard of cleanliness and follow implemented cleaning proceduresBasic computer skillsBackground in hospitality a plus, including previous work at premium fitness studios, gyms, and hotelsAbility to work as a cohesive team and demonstrate integrity, dependability, and empathyDetails Part timeEarly morning and afternoon/evening shifts available$16 per hourJob Type: Part-timePay: $16.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftNight shiftWeekend availabilityCOVID-19 considerations:All applicants must be vaccinated to work in Gym setting.Application Question(s):VaccinatedEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Night Shift (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
